BRIEF  |  To create a marketing and communications strategy to help Middlesbrough Council generate interest from potential purchasers in plots of land at De Brus Park.

RESPONSE  |  A luxury brand identity incorporating spot UV was created to reflect the exclusiveness of the location. A four page brochure was designed and distributed to a target database. This was supported with a web page, PR campaign and advertising in local business and leisure publications.

RESULTS  |  Significant interest from prospective purchasers which resulted in 24 tenders being submitted. All five plots of land were successfully allocated to purchasers at sale prices substantially in excess of the advised starting bids.
